I formatted my HDD - good
My comp is nice and fast - good
I didnt save my emails - bad

So i have lost em all (including the 179 unread messges )
I you sent me anything important recently, please resend. Thanks

Did that once myself. But I had burnt a backup a day before. So nothing was lost
