Bought a new knife

I have an intrest in cooking and knifes for cooking and recently bought a new knife to the collection. Love Japanese knifes and this knife is no exeption as it's made in Japan and was made by Fujiwara Teruyasu and sold by JCK (japanesechefsknife.com) and it's a cooperation between JCK and Fujiwara Teruyasu. And they are compleetly hand forged, he also does everything from the first bit of metal to finnished knife in one place



I can't wait till I get it!
