Help me!

OK something has gone wrong with my PS7...
I use the text and I put it on like 72, which usually fill a 400x100 sig fairly well, but it like was as big as my desktop (the text was). So when doing my pixel text it has to be like at the 3 size...I didnt do anything or change anything on the PS7, anyone know whats wrong???
