hi trying to find info on a flie
this flie looks cross between a horsefly and wasp body funny looking head on top. its 3/4" long and slim body.

Horseflys are members of the Tabanidae family, you could be looking for something of the genus Chrysops, these have wasp type colorings.

Theres things like that in Italy aroubnd lakes, they look like wasps but they aint - lol

Chrysops

Tabanus and Chrysops spp.


it has wins like them but a body of a wasps only the head looks weird too. funny looking. body color is all dark-brown and waxy. ( body it has no strips on it at all )

will it seem it not one of these at all.

and its feet has 2-clamps to them not normal leg flies have?
i catch it last night trying to break into the windows hitting it really hard thinking it was a frog jumping on it gone to look see this crazy thing i got a canning jar and snag it into it dry it out to find out what it is.

tril maybe he know of it. live here in USA-Fla longer then me.
