Because with more mature people you get less problems this is nothing personal but history of young members is not good

I disagree ya could change it to 16 and older!You can still get plenty of issues just as well with older trust me.After being around a while and seeign several other squads, ya wouldnt believe some of the trouble they almost wound up in.Also usually when you have older folks around ur age on ur squad u also run into problems where u dont want to ban them for breaking rules i have noticed that out of many squads too.
