yea their link for update that the game come with is not working to good

up can manuly download the update then open it (next) look up DFBHD.exe it will ask you to look for it
C:\windows\programs\novalogic\DFBHD-folder in it you find dfbhd.exe highlite it then click-on open it should start updating it.

only for retail Version

DF:BHD Retail Version update page

I updated my game via Nova's updater and it took about half an hour which I thought is a little absurd as I'm on adsl, I was getting a transfer rate of about 7bps which is as bad as my old dial up was. good luck with the above.

Ever noticed that with the beginning of a new game they keep having to lil bandwith? I think they direct more bandwidth to the players then to the ones updating. Which i think is good.... in a certain way.

And if Newton Faulkner's voice can be described as "R&B" then Kurt Cobain must be a member of Boyz II Men.

Wink

Correct me (someone) if I'm wrong here but, are'nt these type of files self installing normally? Just go to Nova, or a resource site (like errrrrm, this one) download the update file, unzip it to where it tells you and then after it's downloaded, run the setup or .exe file. (I usually unzip files to a folder I created within "my documents" which I then empty afterwards so I know which files have been unzipped next time) Does any of this make sense? I hope it helps
