Switching programs

When i am in a game and sum m8's tell me to get on Team Speak I am not able to switch between programs! It just flashes and im back in the game . Can any1 help ?

have you tried alt-tab? If that isnt working check your game settings to see if you can allow it.

Another trick is to hit the windows flag key, that will bring up your startmenu. That should work for most games.

depending on the game, you cannot alt+tab if the game has the same resolution as your desktop :/

iirc this is an issue for at least one of Nova's games.

I know for sure BHD:

If your desktop and game are both set to the same Screen resolution and bit depth, you can't alt-tab out.


Right now I run both the game and my desktop at 1280x1024, but have the desktop bit depth set to 16bit, and the game set to 32bit.

I have heard of at least 1 person where changing the bit depth wasn't enough, so he had to use a different resolution for the game.

you can go 2 ways alt+tab and alt+esc they both work for me for any game i have
