Cannot Play after auto update

Game Version: 1.5.0.5
Issue: updated the game om May 15th, via auto update link. now I cannot play single or multiplayer mode. Player info, options and end game are the only
options that work. Was playing earlier in the day, never had a problem until I decided to update.
Please help.

normally this happens when no cd in the cd player.did u use a patch or the cd to start the game?

i did use the no CD patch before I updated the game, would that be affected by a new udate?

yep, u need to get a new 1, try www.dfbhd.dk or www.dfbarracks.com last time i looked i thin dfhq doesnt put them on

thanks, that seemed to work, but now it seems like its real choppy, like when I am running, I hesitate every couple of seconds, even though my ping rate is real good.

yea when you do a update it reset the No Cd patch so you will need to download the No-cd patch again best rename it then place it into game folder this way you use the normal for stats servers and the No cd patch out side stats servers.
my is this way
1.) dfbhd.exe Normal
2.) dfbhd-coop.exe no cd patch/cracked into one.

i did it this way so they don't get mix-up, if any one use a Mod.exe or No cd patch in the stats servers you be banned automatic from NW system.

here the anew co-op/no CD patch works without any error
For: BHD/TS only. don't know if it will work with only BHD.
best make a copy of the normal one first

follow this rule you can make it up right without any trouble with stats servers Step:
1.) make a folder on desktop name don't matter.
2.) go to the game folder find dfbhd.exe copy it.
3.) into the new folder on desktop past it into it. (Backup)
4.) coopmenowv1505.zip open it up and put it any were you like.
5.) run COOPMeNowV1505.exe it will ask you to look it up and after it will patch it up. when finish.
6.) No rename the one in your game folder to a new name so you know what it is. (Me i added -coop.exe to the end of it.)
7.) Now take the one on you desktop New Folder now move it to the game folder this is your normal one to use with the Cd and stats servers.

there will be no error having two set of them only use one at a time.

Warning
only use the normal one in stats servers. don't use any No-CD patch or any mod application in stats server you be banned automatic and remove your Novaworld account totally remove.

wow, thanks for all the info. I have been playing with the no-cd patch for about 2 months on all the servers. I didnt know that you could be banned for using it. I already updated to new patch. Now it seems like I have a high ping rate even though it is low. I dont know if it is game or my video card failing. Can I re-install BHD and still keep my stats?

check for virusses and adware/spybots they can consume bandwith/cpu power and yes u can reinstall game without losing stats.

stats are recorded on their servers end of it. you can redo the whole Hard driver stats is not in your system it in their system online. if you redo the game over only the stats on your game record as in sp-mission (offline be remove) so save player file listed as: dfvplr.sav you can save it move it to your desktop and re-instill the game as you like to and any map.bms & map.mis file too if you like to save.

Thanks for the info Chief....I tried your recommendations and still same effect.
I played another game, Savage (demo) and had same results. I may have a hardware failure on my Radeon 8500. Video seems fine untill I play a game and the it gets jerky when I try to run or move quickly. I played BHD for about 20 minutes this morning and as long as I am not moving I can shoot, lean roll, lie down, ect.. but when i start running it starts to hesitate.
If I could start a game 900 yards out it wouldnt be such a big deal!

did you check for new drivers for that Radeon 8500 some time when it first come out they make up a new driver so it work better.

all so if shadows enable it should be disable for the game.

it always good to have a video/graphic card that has some RDD ram to it. more the better it run, 32/64 not that good 128 is better and more is even better. system should have same ram free to use all so, more ram (a plus) to use is always better game play.

there maybe other updated you may need we know it a new system you have but when was it made and the hardware MFG may have come out with a newer update for their hardware. here some listing you should check out.

!!!you all so do a full update of the whole system!!! reason you think it new ok thats fine and all but there maybe newer updates for your system. i found there a newer update on my Pent4 chip i got it it was dated 12/12/2003 will anyway look it over.

Thanks for the info. Can my chip be the problem? I hadn't thought about that piece of hardware needing an update. I will check for updates on all my hardware and see if it improves. I did reinstall the game, but no change.

most case not the update make it run better thats all, were the software had some bug in it so the made fix's to it. it would not hurt any check with your tech support to see if they know of a update for it or not of Computer MFG you buy it from
