Woohhoo another 2 SP Cd-Roms for the collection. Its so bad using 2 languages overhere at home. Pro English and Home Dutch... im glad the CD's are send for free to me form UK.

for me it too late i got 56k it taken me 9 freaking hours to get it to instill from 23:00-08:00 doing it up.

not going to do that again, with my aunt and a girl we are helping out.


(16 in school) we are helping her have a computor system. old IBM system think it was a 2000 serials at lease or older "personnel computer" it says on the tower of it. any way i work on it. its now Windows Xp pro and have MS-Office 2003 in it for her to use. change some of the hardware out and replace some items.

cost:
1.) System tower/Key-broad/mouse USD-500.00
2.) Monitor and a 56k modem V9.2 USD-160.00
3.) GFX-card (my old one) freebie GeForce 2 64mb
(old one was 16bit and 16mb only in the tower)
4.) Ram was 64mb it now 320mb (OMG it runs a lot better at lease.) really wish we can stick into it 512.mb for ram but don't have the money for it, card 1ea 256mb 99.95 32x16 some thing. 1-64mb and 1-256mb cards are in it now.

we really like to give her 512mb for ram, but it cost to much, another 256mb USD-100.00 would be sweet there are 2 slots for them. bottom line she real happy about it all, her mother that some thing other shes really not that great as a person can be.

my aunt bit she wish she was not so cheap and got a all new system for what she dish out for this old computer. this if she gone and buy a new system it would be around USD-500.-800.00 LMFAO thinking of it.

took a day for me too download off site, its not worth it, the dam thing currupted a ton of my sh!t. So i uninstalled it then more problems...just now its smooth again.

get in line . . . a lot of peeps have...you should have checked out the list there is on the apps and games that r messed up by SP2...

i have only 1 problem that ive seen so far...my connection and PC speed r a lot slower...it sucks...vegas is upgrading all their connections to 5 meg and i would lvoe to have a Pc that will handle it...lol...right now with SP2 running the PC will be slower than the internet speed...lol...


guess ill reformat and not get SP2 till i know there is a fix for it...then ill go with the auto updates...lol
