Flash Failure

well let me set this Joke up... I work in the Cell Phone Industry and there are things that go on that are un known
to the custumer before he buys the phone whatever.
like the vender that sold th phone or service has to buy the phone and for that vender the phone HAS to be FLASHED...
For that vender Verizon AT&T etc with the appropriate
software. sometimes if theres something defective in the
phone this process does not complete( FAILURE)
