How to add a mission

Hi,

I downloaded a mission from the site, and added the contents of the file to my BHD folder.
When I start the game I don't see the game there!!

Is there anything else I should do to have the new mission added to the game missions.

would u know if its a multiplayer map or not? itll probly be under one of the multiplayer game types.

It should but in the Instant Action section in the game.

I have a mod .def file called ''MisList''. And basically if you edit it you can change which order the stock missions play in. So if you were smart and extracted the map into the ''localres.pff'' and then do some editting...

Does this happen to more than one downloaded map?

What kind of map are you downloading?

If your map is any kind of map you download from a site it should be appear in your Multiplayer Host Section.Single Player Maps or Co Op Map you download from any site or anywhere will only appear in the Muliplayer Section, IT WILL NOT SHOW UP IN THE Single Player Mission List.So in order to play a Co-Op or Single Player map you downloaded yourself, you must host a server to play it.

In order to host a Co Op/Single Player Map you must download Coop Me Now for the Hosting Options for Co-Op to appear and to download it click the link below!

Co-Op is another term for Singleplayer but since you have to host a server to play it and others can join from online, then its called Co-Op, since your playing with real people.

If its not a Co-Op/Single Player map make sure that the map you put in your BHD Folder has an ending extention of .BMS.

All maps that show up in the Maps Area in Hosting Options have an .BMS extenstion.

If it had a .MIS you will need to open your Map Editor and open the map with it and then click the File Tab then Save and Export.After doing so it should appear in your Mission List on the Multiplayer Hosting Section under the type of map it was(TDM,DM,TKOTH,etc.)
