First Wallpaper DeskTidy.
OK I did post an early version of this And I think its as far as I can Go with it at the moment, And after about 15 different saved stages and changes, Im happy with this as a first.
Its only availible in 1024/768, Sorry I always work in that resolution, But the next ill start it at 1280/1024 and work down. I have saved it in Windows BMP file format so You still get the transparency on the Icons text. Free to anyone who likes it if any. Here is a SS.  Click Here To Download WallPaper. Sal.

Hmmm, I downloaded it and it worked until I moved an icon and now I can't get it back
