PSP's in custom maps?

How do you add a PSP to a custom map? I've seen them recently in the custom maps, but cannot figure out how to add one to my own maps.

you have to copy and paste from a map a has them

you need to convert the BMS to MIS
go to NovaSheep
then go to downloads
C4
and get the C4BMS2MIS
