Combat Fly Fishing... It resembles fencing..except the guys have longer poles and there are srtrings with tiny hooks on the end. The object is to disable the other angler enough that he cannot possibly resume fishing .

WHOA! I thought he'd go down for sure!

I ride motocross, do real fencing, and enjoy paintball when I can.

I'd love to go skydiving and skyboarding.

I used to get crazy on quads. Is Special Ops training in the military considered extreme sport? heh

You have no idea...

One day I was riding some trails behind a buddy and there was a large step up in the trail. The make matters worse, this is a hardpack (like pavement, but dirt) trail. My buddy saw it and was able to wheelie over it, but I didn't see it in time. My front wheel hit the step up, but in such a way that it caused my rear wheel to jump side to side. I'm known as the guy that, if you can possibly get out of any bad situation on a bike, I can pull it off when most can't. You bet I was trying my absolute hardest to save it, especially since I was traveling around 40 mph. Unfortunately, I couldn't save it. The rear end kept swinging futher and further until I highsided, and the position I was in threw me straight off the bike, flying on my chest then my back about 20 feet until my head hit a huge rock. As if that wasn't bad enough, here comes my bike *SLAM*, pinning both my legs and hurting like hell.

I've had my bikes land on me 5 times, been run over twice, and ran over myself with a quad once (don't ask...).

My favorite story is when I was taking a huge double, and forgot that the line I was taking was a kicker (it throws your rear end up). So I'm at speed, hauling major arse, and up I go. I kid you not, I was completely vertical, straight as the number 1 (friends watching confirmed this). Of course, the only thing running through my head is "holy sh*t I'm gonna die" and I move into save me arse mode. So I lean way back and try to hit the gas, but at that point, gassing it didn't do any good. When I landed, I rode the front wheel all the way down the landing, then slammed back on the bike and was fine. I had to change my underwear after that
