man i love to see another DOOM Movie (Seen it today) and i love the game (Been out of it) not play it a very long time, back in late 1999-2000 not play any after that point.

I really wasn't impressed the doom movie, A HL2 movie might be good though.

Doom 4, man thats exciting.

i play the game long all go and seen the movie, they don't have the action the game had in it or the feel of it

love the ID something new will pop in real fast

maybe the movie was more how it all started out and not the after fact all the battle one get into game wise

Imagine if they had an HL movie (sorry for being off-topic here).

I reckon an HL movie would ruin the whole series. I reckon having a movie from the person's eyes would be pretty nice though.

The Doom movie was rubbish because Doom is about fighting creatures from Hell and Hollywood won't depict that because it smacks of blasphemy. The censorship in America is harsher than anywhere else in the free world and so you get pap like 'The Rock' in 'Doom the Movie!'
Trollop was what it was.

It's not censorship mate...it's called cost effectiveness.

Movies cost millions to make...if you offend 80% of the people with a movie for whatever reason then there goes the budget.

In the case of Doom, it was also a lot cheaper to make using zombies than it was to do hellish creatures.

Yeah it is true...

Film agencies self censor.

In my film class I was told the following

When a movie is Rated R it loses 20% of the audience that would watch it so around 20% revenue. R to NC-17 loses 50%.

Bad movies kill themselves because no one wants to watch them.

They can put almost anything into an NC-17 movie.
