How can I see the enemy on the "mini-map" when playing stock or custom maps?

In the realworld cops and SF ops, would call in a UAV or satt, that would project an image on their pda or gadjit on their wrist that would indicate a thermal image, of likely guys to wack out, so red team guys red!, but if he's wet in water or covered in some way, including houses and cars etc etc then no thermal image would be produced,

Lol, wouldn't it take the fun out of playing if you knew the location of all the bad guys?

there is a command code to enable seeall it
as follows: press ~ inter "exit_safemod then press enter

safemod is use to block some options from being use in the game

btw leave out the "______" or empty space, type in: exit_safemod or exitsafemod one or the other! been a long time i use it
