On show at the Frankfurt Motor show for the first time in September 2007, the new Toyota iQ is billed as " the world’s smallest four-seater car". It's classed as a ‘premium’ city car and will debut a range of miniaturised technologies. The Toyota iQ is due to go on sale in about 18 months time.

As part of it's ongoing marketing program for this new vehicle range, Toyota have been looking at innovative and unusual marketing methods to promote the iQ. Insane Qualities are pleased to announce that, after several months of negotiations with both Toyota and NovaLogic, Toyota will be sponsoring iQ squad for the next 3 years.

Sponsorship will provide squad members with new high end gaming PCs and servers in 2 locations (Europe and the eastern US). As part of the deal, NovaLogic will be including the iQ car as one of the new range of vehicles in the forthcoming "Delta Force Cuba Libre" title announced recently. The new DFCL game engine will have facilities for "vehicle skinning" linked to individual iQ squad member PCID's, once in a vehicle the name of the player will be displayed along the sides of the vehicle. NovaLogic are intending to use this facility to promote their new game engine and demonstrate the workability of the new player specific targeted ingame advertising ability of the DFCL game engine, and will also gain exposure through complemntary marketing slots on Toyota websites.

As part of the deal, Insane Qualities squad will shortly be adopting the new "iQ" logo across the whole squad website. Player tags will also be changing from "iq." to "iQ" in the near future.

I asked the guy "where does it mention Nova" but unfortunately, I never got to see his reply. Should've went to it this morning when I was on the forums but forgot...
