Sig requst

Hi all, just want to ask if you can make a sig ready for my bro to join!
he wants to make it blue and silver, with his name at the bottom MC2000 (make sure its in capitals)
At the bottom right hand corner can he have a cartoon squirrel with 2 uzi's in its hands and a cirgar in its mouth.
Also if ya doing silver and blue for him, a silver bourder round the sig with a british flag behind the squirrel.
