I did ran the update.exe, and I've copied a downloded zip content to the root of game dir:

The Desert Rats.bms
The Desert Rats.ifl
The Desert Rats.log
The Desert Rats.til
The Desert Rats.WAC

No new campaign, and my completed campaign was reset (not problem) after update.

Can somebody give me a link or a step by step instruction how to add new campaigns?

Maybe it's the game type?
Try lobby or LAN and look for them in there...
