Windows Xp tool (sorry don't remember the name off hand)

then you can reset the password on your account

link: http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,1895,1159956,00.asp

they talk about it

you can try

i checked out that link and www.sunbeltsoftware.com said they talk about creating and booting floppy disks for Windows NT, 2000, or XP. (Boot disks for later products work on systems running earlier versions, so Win XP boot disks work on all of them for now.) The cracker tool then modifies the boot disks so that they reset the Administrator password to a known value (12345 in the Passware product).

but i can't find that anywhere on their site.

Create a password reset disk that can be created in User Accounts (I think).
So if you forget your password... put the disk in... viola!

The disk must be made on your account, if you make it on someone else's, it won't work!

Also you can reset your password by doing something to the motherboard... (no, not spit on it!)
