Lol, I thought Halloween was celebrated throughout everyone on the planet ... You know ... ancient Druids, celebration of the dead, and eating candy !!!

We celebrate All saints day but not halloween, it is starting to get a bit attention from kids, because of the extra candy obviously but not much more then that.
