problem with servers

I have this problem with servers where I join a server and I don't see any tags. I press "k" to see whose on my team and it says I am on blue team when my HUD says I am on RED team. I try shooting people, and I can't kill anyone, blue or red team. Then when I say something(t or y) my name appears as someone else's. Like if I say hello instead of saying *CtF*dog bite: hello, it says random name: hello. Anyone else have this problem? I only get it once in a while but it gets annoying
