MED problems
Hi @ all. My name is Dominik Drechsler and i'm from Germany.
Can anybody help me. I'va problems with triggering BLack hawks. They do what they want but fly like i want it. I read the MED manual, i looked it up in the tutorial nad i downloaded an example map. I tried all I could do. Now I don't know further. I checked all. They have to do what they should do! but they do not. If here is anybody who can help me, can you replie??! please! Then I'll upload the map and you can look at it and maybe you can tell me what's wrong. Thank you. P.S.: Sorry that I post in here, but on the right place, it seems to be that nobody replies. If you want to do something like have them take off when you get in them, set up an area trigger in it and go to the events and do this:
IF: ssn 10000 (Player) is in area x THEN: ridirect ssn x to waypoint x If you already have that figured out then, Do they fly in circles? to fix that you need to set the waypoints farther apart If you know all that then I don't know what you're talking about. |

but it still don't work. Even after that long time, i don't have a respond of the **** program. I managed to start the helos by my own, but as you said they're just flying in circles. I think the problem may be that, as also that in the manual, the order 'follow waypoint' is not executed by the helos. May be I've got the wrong editor. Do you have one, which works? well different editors do have different features, but they all can redirect anything on waypoints. to make them follow a path straight like they're supposed to, simply move the waypoints farther apart from eachother.
