med problems!!!!!!!!!!!

ok error says

"dflwmedc.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry 4 the inconvenience.

i have xp i tried 3 of the 2000/xp med dls but still says-

"dflwmedc.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry 4 the inconvenience >=|
