Cant figure out how to edit my Text Banners and the Judge Dread punt words. I think everything else is working right. Oh and I'm on the one from here (no updates).

Make sure DEM is closed, no reason to have it opened right now.

Judge Dread Punt Words:

Start> My Computer > Program Files > DEM

Open a file called "Puntlines", In this file you can add/delete/change puntlines, and remember to save it once done. (Dont change file name just save)

Text Banners:

Start> My Computer > Program Files > DEM

Open a file called "srvsettings", where it says ""usebanners","no"" change the "no" to "yes".

Now my folder doesnt have this, so yours might/ might not:
Look for the file:
"textbanenrs.ini"

If its got this enter the phrase and hit enter, i assume, than save it.
If you dont have this file, i guess you could just open the puntlines file and save it as "textbanenrs" and edit it from there.

I got this off the instructions for DEM, the guy who wrote it might have misspelled textbanenrs.ini and it might be textbanners.ini but its just a process of elimination thing, if one doesnt work try another.

On the Server in the DEM directory edit the file "textbanners.ini" for your Text Banners and set "use TextBanners" in DEM Starter to activate.

On the Server in the DEM directory edit the file "puntwords.ini" for your puntwords (punt or ban)
