just noticed that you guys were talking about the gym lol

i was lifting yesturday doing butterflys on the butterfly machine and i hurt my pectoral muscle, and it hurts like a b**** today so i am hoping that i just pulled it and didn't tare anything...

but anyway i normally do at the gym on random days:

bench - either 2-4 sets of 12-15 with 90 ILB dumb bells or 185 pounds 12-15 times
biscep curl - 2 sets of 10-15 (with each arm) on dub bells 60 pounds
**and a whole bunch of other stuff that i feel like doing but don't feel like typing lol**

back squad - 3 sets of 12 - normally 1st set 315 pounds, 2nd set 375 or 405 pounds, 3rd set 405 or higher

Same here I suspected that Silent was 50 or so

@ Sharp - I can`t do near that. I am such a pansey. I was doing the exercise bike on "strenght training" and I totally owned the bike but....afterwards I felt like crap. I was just doing curls @ 75 - 85lbs
