same here i do it at night time go to sleep let it run, set the alarm clock say in 2hrs (what every it says it be finish downloading it) i go check to see it i need to restart the system and do the update again till it finish up. but the hot one are the mostly the ones you really need, they not to big most are under 1mb in size. set you windows update to download and instill automatic starting from your time say 9pm-6am (21:00-06:00hrs) most the time the telephone is free-up after all the update is done check it every friday night. will thats the way i do it any how wish you the best.

ahh then that is an achievement lol i remeber my old 56K i couldnt do anything... i hated it but i went to DSL and now Cable cable is the best

Some cable is better...here we get 1.5mb down on DSL and 1.5mb down on cable, but for servers cable sucks. DSL here is 800-900k Up and cable is 256k Up.
