Well you should get a 3 year warranty if it says you're gonna get a 3 year warranty, right? That is assuming you buy the 360 brand new, and don't do anything that'll void the warranty (e.g. messing with the inside parts).

I'm not too sure so correct me if I'm wrong, anyone.

even the earliest xbox 360's are still covered (runs out this year mayb?) i just got the red lights so sending mine off next thursday.. no doubt i will get a refurb'd back and the same happen again.. if it does ill swap to a ps3
