Honestly Mermite, I have given up on mapping for DFX...

... and one by one they fall, and why not, we had great hopes for DFAF, but thats no more according to a recent pr release, and the amount of hassles players have had with Novalogic have just been UNREAL.

But Iv'e learnt a lot with all the FPS gaming stuff (mapping) and intend to continue, I've got my eye on
VIRTUAL BATTLEFIELD 2, and Dave it's no game, NATO, US Army, Aussies even the Kiwis use it as a training simulator for SO troops.

The civy version is best known as "ArmA" Armed Assault

But getting hold of a copy of VB2 is not easy the ARMA is very toned down for the 18+ gamers not the real solider action.

I got hold of a copy of VB1 and VB2 here at the local base, junior officers do the mapping (it's Dumb) and the grunts like everywhere do the work, vb1 sucks (like DF1) but VB2 rocks like DFX1, I know little of mapping in Arma.

Dave I'll finish my current map (one day) and send it to you..lol
but I really got to make a DFX/SP of your Russian RPG guy
that drove you "Bonkers"....lol...lol
