well that was a good try Devildog

The silver thing as Devildog called it is the Regimental Crest for the Special Forces. Worn only on Dress Uniforms and Berets.

The Special Forces/Airborne Patch is the unit patch for the 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne). Worn on Dress Uniforms and BDUs.

The other patch is called a "Flash" it is worn on the green beret. Each SF group has their own color and design. The Regimental crest is worn on the flash for enlisted soldiers and for officers they wear their rank on it.

hope this helps ya out

yes by it's self the red Beret Flash of the 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) is plain. Here is a link that has a picture of the Flash and the Regimental Crest affixed to it.

If you are looking to download SF related stuff for a sig then i suggest you checkout this website:

www.specialoperations.com

They have a farly large amount of information, links and pics you could prob use.

Let me know if you have anyother questions about patches or other Army stuff.

Kindof funny guys Hook is our Army Man in the squad. Then we also have a Marine. Which is a real Marine. But we all play for the same team. So is all good.
