What Do I Need?

Hey guys im new to this map making scene. can you possible tell me what i need in order to make maps for Delta force extreme, what do i have to download for me to make maps? thanx Inf

Either NILE or MED. Check the Nova-Hq downloads section.
NILE is newer and more efficient, but has a lot more bugs then MED.

things that are good to get

first not to get:
1.) Punk Buster Patch (its a joke)
reason it not supported or paid for at all. so its really no good to use. and it is out dated as will.
Novaworld and evenbalance both have said not to use it.

1.) Update-v1.6.5.0
(come with instiller)
2.) Missing Med Pictures
(come with a instiller)

1.) unlock map editor
(attachment) unzip it place text file into game folder (made by eagle eye)
location to place into folder: "C:\Program Files\NovaLogic\Delta Force Xtreme"

other site to get items to add-in to the game from other site:

1.) DF:Xtreme Med Pictures for the DF:X med
(has a instiller i think or you add to the game folder)

2.) DFX Flat Terrain by Sonic


3.) Modified items.def
(come with a instiller)

above item add-in them again run the update in the game to double check. should take about less then 1-5min if that.
