eek BIOS Update

Well as you may know im trying to update my BIOS, and so far after hours of searching I have been unable to find one. Am I missing somthing? Where can I update my BIOS?

Processor: x86 Family 15 Model 2 Stepping 9 GenuineIntel ~2793 Mhz

I went to intel but didn't find much. Can someone please help me?!?!?

ok i got a PCV-RS430G
I want to see if i can over clock my processer about 100-200 mhz

From what I've seen, there are no other BIOS for it. Your best bet is to find out what the BIOS actually are, then looking it up.

If you want my advice, I'd just leave it. BIOS can be tricky, and if you mess 'em up, you're done for. If it's at 2.8 ghz, you're doing fine as it is

Dude, you'll just fry it up. You need a liquid cooled box for over clocking new cpu's, heh. It's not a cheap Celeron.

Try tapping Delete when it boots up...that will tell you what BIOS it is.
