Yep it is the "xbox" theme for the "stylexp" program.
The desktop background is the "hulk" wallpaper with "mouse" added instead of "hulk".
Winamp is skinned using the "orbis" theme.
The calendar is the "rainlendar" program using "r-calendar1-0" skin.

p.s.
I had the "myie2" window open to show the best website on the net.

wrote myself a little proggie that runs every time the comp boots up. it just replaces the background pic with one from a predefined directory.

and as soon as i'm finished with this semester's tests (monday!!!) i'll start working on a system shock 2 theme for XP and a matching one for my ericsson phone ;-)
