looking for expert coder

Looking for a coder, if interested please contact me via PM, email ( joeycon@gmail.com ), or msn (email). I wouldnt mind paying a fair fee, and ill need a site coded not containing iframes. You'll be coding something close to conscell.com, however no i frames.
