Editing GIF's

Hey,

I wanted to add an effect to a .GIF picture i had in ImageReady (I've never used gifs before) and i wanted to add an effect to the whole Gif. The only problem was, the gif has 883 frames!! I wanted to add an effect to the edges. Do any of you guys know how to add something to every frame of a GIF?

similar kind of thing when i made my video sigs, i just added a new layer on top of all the others, and that was there for the whole animation

copy away as many it takes to fill all the fames up.

the image you going to add-in it has say 8 frames and the sig says it has 80+ frames in it keep doubling up the smaller frames one till you have it to the number frames as the bigger one, don't matter if it goes over those mostly be loss and not seen at all.

basic you open the smaller one that has les frames in it then

take the same image past it in so now you have more.

sample: image1.gif has 2frames in it you need total of 8 frames to use, it double time till you reach the point you need.

[me i drag and drop them in to make the frames bigger into the same one image.gif then i add them to the sig. if need be.]

now move all of them into the larger image (GIF) on top layer it should work

LOL, no, here's the sig that has 883 frames (And believe it or not it still manages to be under 700KB! )
