Can anyone help map question
What I have done is put the kill comfirmation dialogue in my maps but the problem im having is it only does this for the first kill for each side.Then anyone shoots someone a second time it does not work,I tried the reset event ect but then it just keeps on repeating over and over.Please can someone help me out Thnx in Advance

hmm if the event keeps repeating - whatever it is - if it is set to reset, just do a seperate event for each guy that dies i guess. u can copy / paste events cant u?

i don't really get the q either and i only know bout LW but it may be transferable so here goes nothing.
It sounds to me like you've given the bad guys all the same group (most likely red team), assign them to different groups, and copy and paste the event like stevie said. |

ok here it is again in my team deathmatch maps i have set up a sound event so if the blue team kills one from the red team then it plays sound dialogue 132 as a play wave file in the events editor Kill comfirmed text and voice are played.My problem is that it only does this on the first kill after that the event dont work.So I thought if I reset after 1 sec it would just reset the event but it doesnt it repeats the voice and text over and over without killing someone as if its cought in a loop.Hope this makes more sense I also done the same for the red team but using 131 wave.This is how its setup in the events
IF Triggers:Group 1 Has Shot Group 2 Trigger Type:GROUP Trigger Condition:SHOT ENEMY Trigger if:TRUE Trigger Variables Group 1: 1-Blue Players Group 2: 2-Red Players Logic: AND Then Action -Play wav file list 132 Event Action Action Type:Play WavList Action Vairiables Wav List Number: 132 that is how i have it set up in the event editor for the Blue Team... or you could set up if group has lost x units play wav132 and just have multiple events.
Don't forget sound does have a tendancy to lagh on maps so use it sparingly. |

ok ill try that thnx Blackbelt yes i know about the sound lag.
But i will only be using the 2 wav sounds 131 for red and 132 for blue so i should be ok as long as i dont make cqb maps where the sounds would be reapeated to close together.But it could work well in sniper maps as the killing aint so fast and fureious.But thnx again m8

i have to ask this is there a way to setup co-op maps to for 2-team to fight to win the co-op map what ever team win the mission is the winner or finsh the mission 1st.

i guess that it would work as a TDM with some extra events added. never tried anything like that but i like the was everyone is thinking here

Well I guess it just cant be done.Its beaten me what ever i try I can only get it to say kill confirmed on the first kills of both teams.
