Question - If i'm not totally wrong, some of the developers of those programs you host for download, asked for others to NOT host them. Did you at all contact the developers for permission?

yea like Master add-on for DF:BHD for sample ask all not to host his program made by Devilclaw so there are a some who don't care only by their owne names to host these tools or add-on's.
