If i recall right you need webspace, 1 database and a FTP account.. It has been for over 6 years since i did a thing like that.. But in the readme file it should tell you what to do..

My guess is that you need to edit the config.php with the right details, and make sure that your server allows outbound connections and make sure that the stats are received good on the webspace.
