Free 3D Software, From Google.
Google has released a free version of their 3D software called "SketchUP", There are a few Video Tutorials to show you around the Program too!

Yes the free program is basic, But it does have some nice easy features, I think it would be a good place for a novice to Start.
Also it has a Nice sounding Price: Free....lol

Here Is An Example...lol No I didnt make this its downloadable through the program, It would be nice to have an Exporter to say 3ds, Building creation for mods would be very easy indeed.

don't think any one can e-mail the program to you, the servers will stop it real fast and return a error can't send do to this is a illgal action. a download link yes but not the file.

the file size of it is like: 19.1mb file name: GoogleSketchUpW-EN.exe
