Because I need a place to post my logs. And I don't feel like posting it on an actual body building site because that's pretty gay. Anyway. Ignore these if you want, I need to post them because that's the way I am.

thats a lot of weight..ive been workin out for 3 years and i dont do near that much.

I only do power sets and I have been for 2.5 years almost every day. And I'm on a strict protein diet...about 250 grams a day. My squat is way up there mainly because I'm 5'6"...and as we know short people have a mechanical advantage when it comes to squatting.

man i use to dead lift 300bls or more long ago, got hook on it in the U.K working out with the Airborne reg over there, talk about getting kill doing that.
man first time i try that feel like i broken my back totally. now days i mostly workout every day life doing things like cutting down very large trees and picking up logs 100-250bls. if i am too lazy i leave them in whole trunks & all and drag them to a spot to burn. bonfire

uhg...today was pretty bad. I haven't been feeling the greatest lately so I took a couple days off. Pretty quick workout today.

Feel free. I wouldn't mind hearing some new workout styles and plans. Apparently, I've hit a benching plateau, which kind of pisses me off. I was bumping my max bench up about 5 pounds every other week for a very long time. My max has been stuck at 280 for over two months now. I wanted to hit 315 before the end of the summer so it looks like I'll have to change my routine. I've heard a lot of good things about Bill Star's 5x5 plan...might give it a go.
