Question for everyone

Okay today I was working on a vehicle and when I turned around to answer my friends questions I elbowed the lift, and It didn't hurt but now I can't stretch out or anything it kills bad. Anyone got any idea what it could be?

Depending on how hard you hit it, you could have possible fractured it. Do you have any bruising, tenderness or swelling where you hit it? Or do you have any numbness in your fingers?

No numbness or bruising(yet), I hit it pretty hard, right on the little gap near my elbow bone

you hit the nerve in your elbow thats all, go away in a day, killer pain like hell when reaching out to grasp something.

Good news, if it was fractured you would already see bruising and your fingers would be numb So, its not a fracture. Yeah, it could be something as simple as what chief said, you may have just hit your 'funny bone'. I would watch it just in case and if it gets any worse, go see a doctor.

If you need anything else, don't be afraid to ask. I didn't take sports medicine for nothing :P I'm not too educated on the human body, but I know my way around it pretty well. (that came out kinda bad, but you all know what i mean!)

It's hurting like a B*tch lol and I have to head to bed I got work in the morning. Hopefully it is better by then because I have to change out tires of about 3 cars or so and 2 trucks so lifting them with my arm will hurt.

eh, its not as bad as yesturday. Work was slower due to the fact I have a hairline fracture in my forearm and stuff like that.

well sh*t if I thought it was all good. I go to work on my car today and eric calls me over and says I have a phonecall so I turn around and nailed my same arm on the same spot!!! and this time i sliced it open deep so well whatever i just told eric hold on and i took a rag and covered it
then i took duct tape and taped the rag around the spot. its bad though i been through 3 soaked rags and i have to head back to work in a minute the bleeding hasnt stopped but its all good ill survive

lol, ive used papertowel and scotch tape b4, used to do it all the time but i havnt got hurt real bad in a while, last time i wa whitiling on a stick and me knife sliped and ya could hear it hit the bone in a scraping sound.

how big is the cut, take ya a loghter and a piece of stainless or aluminum bar and heat it and seal it shut, only done that once when i got stabbed in school with a pencile, cept i useda nail. dont do it , leaves a bad scar.

around here if ya aint dying ya dont go to doctor, i can sew meself up with a small curved leather netel and a piece of monofilament.
