What software is needed to make BHD maps?

Delta Force Anything to do with the Delta Force series of games, DF1, DF2, LW, TFD, BHD, DFX, AF etc.

What software is needed to make BHD maps?

Your DFBHD folder has an exe file named DFBHDMED.exe

Running this will start up the Mission editor.
