scheduling and playing all events 07-16-05.

is it smart to start right in the middle of the summer period ?

It's good for time differences. Not everyone is in the US. So 6 to 12 hours differences can be played monday through sunday instead of just the weekend. This is open to the World. I've run tournaments non stop for years on end, back to back seasons and no one has ever commented or complained about summer break. It's the CO's responsibility to fill his ranks and push on through any obsticle including vacations and girlfriends.
