that's true, that's the reason of why I don't make maps for BHD.. The game is cool and all but the MED is very hard to use!, because it has no key shortcuts as the DFX1 or DFX2 MED. If I found an unlocked version of the MED with full key shortcuts or an 'BHD' version of the DFX2 MED I would start mapping in BHD..

Luis,
I've tried using the .cin & .end files in DFX2. I can get the .cin file to work, but don't really understand the ending ( CEND in the .cin file) camera angle and rotation. The .cin begins (CBEGIN) with look out past the direction I want, then moves and rotates toward the view that I do want. But when the rotation is complete, then I get a view that is unwanted. Could you explain alittle to me how the angle, rotation and camera views work, please? Remember, I'm a complete novice at this, lol. Quote:
Just wondering where to install this demo map, Thanks.

Hey here's and example showing how they work in DFX2, it can be used in DFX1 too but with no armory. The only bad thing when using CIN files in DFX2 is that you can't select weapon when the map starts, the screen freezes, and when you press space, the movie starts but then you get the default weapon, and with no pistols. To fix this simply put an armory at the start. END movies work fine as in BHD.
Heres the expample: | test it in DFX1 o en DFX2 | \/ |

I understand the basics of the .cin, but it's the camera angles and rotations that's got me scratching my head. What I have done is placed a "NULL" target and rotated it toward the view I want. Then took the coordinates and angles of the "NULL" target and used then in the .cin just as your example shows. But somehow it still starts out ok, but as it moves and rotates the camera view then it ends up as if It's looking away from the view that was intended. I guess I'm confused on how the rotation and angles work, as well as how the CBEGIN & CEND cameras work.
