Need Grunge advice

i need a lil help with this, i personaly dont think it looks right, and the banner is going to be used for a free web template

**note** please if you comment on the text you will be beatin with a wet noodle, that text is NOT perminent

i think it looks ok to me. maybe put a different guy on the right or another pic if you wanna change anything.

i like it how it is. Try to put a font called facelift on it. I think that would look good.

maybe do a color overlay...and some famous scan lines...

remove the brushes off the character on the right and left, and I would say lighten the transparency just a bit on the brush layers all together.

Did you resize the banner, just asking because if the 2 lines at the bottom.

yup, its going to be part of a template im making so i took a screen shot and cut it out (was quicker at the time)
