I got joint ops.....wow almost a week ago, i havnt been able to play it since. Why you might ask, well my CD key is already in use, and before you ask yes its a ligit game. I email nova about my cd key problem, took them a long 2 days to get back to me. Novaworld login, CD key and a pic of the game and key is all they asked, so i sent them an email with that info.....sent it again.....and again. It has been four days i gave them 2 to get back to me beofre i sent another.

I even today posted in the novaworld forums about the mess. I still havnt got an email to F*ck off or my new CD key

pointless thread, but this situation has just put me off all nova related things, i even unistalled my tech demo in rage

thanks for wasting 4 days to start me over, why did you even ask for the info in the first place and how does it take 4 days to type a dang email address, sure you guys are busy, but no value to your costumers, worst company right up there with enron

its the mangers of it all. they really don't care at all, they say they do bottom line get the new update you to can get blackball by it to.

your not the only one, i seen others this happen to them been others. better call them up 5min call dose a lot more. its not a toll-free number ether.1-818-878-0325 9am-5pm (09:00-17:00hrs) west coast USA Calif ask for Mike think he the head manager there.

funny thing after they update it they get this error about the Key-code is already in use only its their own key code they been using.

sorry i just wotn call, i live in the UK and that will just piss me off more, there going to charge me for a call when i already payed foir the game, and if i donf get an email within the week Nova is getting signed up to some porn emails

You could send a letter asking them to appear in the small claims court to recover your lost funds.
See when you get snotty letters from companies that say you owe them money, they are only using the same rights you have.
I would warrant that a simple letter asking them to respond to a small claims summons would get you sorted in minutes.

I emailed the Uk support about a problem with my BHD (it kept freezing up) no reply for 2 weeks, emailed US. Support had a reply within 2 days

Got prob sorted, my direct x was messed up

Sadly this thread about the lack of support from Novalogic doesn't surprise me. They have your money off you fast enough when they sell you mediocre games like Joint Operations, (and it IS a very mediocre game!), but when it comes to helping their customers out this is the kind of responce you get.

As ZZA says it's time they sold out to the big boys and just concentrated on making games and maybe that way we will get more value for money when we go out and soend our hard earned cash!

nova is a bunch of people who only care about makeing money, they dont care if your game works or not as long as they made that money they are happy.

in your next email be sure to put the words "SUE" or "Legal Action," then they will reply becuase they cant handle being sued, trust me i have seen it work.
