Can't place objects? Bypass!
This has happened to me since the .57 update! Way round it is to use "Object Population" in the "Extensions" menu. Select the item, change the number of items and click "Area Select". Drag a box on the map of where you want to place it/them and then click "Populate". You will have to adjust the height and tweak rotation and position as required.
Hope there is a fix soon, this makes map making a labourious task!!!

Or another way
Just update your windows through the normal windows update ,this also can put the problem right !

Reboot did not work in listers case ,but he is working fine now ,thanks anyway for your suggestion

Just bloody glad it is!
New Co-op map coming along great guns! (Geddit?)
