Good FTP??

I'm looking for a good FTP program...I've used SmartFTP but it always seems to time out on me. When I had a Mac I used Fetch which I thought was the best. Any ideas??

Filezilla Server & Client are awesome, plus they are free.

Second Filezilla... both things are free.

I hate how every time I use it there is a new update they want to install.

Yeah I had to disable that update check.. so annoying.

I used to love SmartFTP but now they charge for it, jerks.
