Skilled driver!

A Finnish truck driver can't get futher becuase the overpass was to low for this truck so he has to turn around with alot of other idiotic drivers around him. Some serious skills!

Man, that is one serious truck ! I've never seen one like that before!

Most trucks around here have only 18 wheels !

Good skills on the drivers part to manuver a big truck like that.

I don't understand why people don't give some truckers a break. People don't seem to understand that they can't turn quite as sharp as a small car...

i in the army reserve i gone though truck driving school MOS 88M
they teach us to lookout for fools who would try to cut us off, even tho the 18 wheeler is big as a house 80ton of dead weight with it trailer in toll

i had many try all type of things with me! even station wagon backup under (make a u-turn) the trailer! i had in tow so they can turn around

there not much a truck driver can do but keep a cool head about them things, yup some time its easy come across a low overpass can't enter oppss i goof-up, be nice on the road ways they make it able for trucker driver cross the center LAN make a u-turn when they come across a low over pass. i came across one i let the air out of the tire and move slow under it, lucky i guess it work. i had to call a service truck to pump air back into them and got off that highway

True, the problem is that he has no way of knowing on this stretch of road beforehand if it's his first time on that road as there are no signs untill the actual overpass, once he saw that sign it was too late and only chance was to go back in reverse.

See the foto below for a photo of the overpass with the signs

Yep it's a beast, it's one of the most common truck types here in Sweden but there seem to be more 18 wheelers for every new day. Prefere these as they are usually hard shell which means that they are more often painted like this (compared to 18 wheelers with hard shell trailers)

This is the Viking truck of Trans Harma Oy

Me neither, always stop before the intersection if I see a truck thats about to turn into my road so it have place to turn and you usually get a smiling driver waving as thanks. And I would never dirve in this case, I would most likley have stopped the trafic in my direction (by stopping) to give them room

Really impressed by most drivers driving these types of trucks and trailers. Saw one in the winter infront of me that lost traction on the icy roads, he/she kept cool and managed to get control again and straigten it again and then managed to get it on the right side of the road again just before the uncomming traffic

nothing a little forward planning, a map or a sat nav couldn't resolve. but well spotted before he hits it seen a few trucks over the years stuck under bridges, must scare the crap outta the driver when it happens.
