I just upgraded my puter with a
AMD FX-8350 4GHZ black edition CPU...$184.99
AMD CPU'S are cheaper and work great if you have not
bought the goodies yet I recommend AMD instead of pricey

The issue is the size, I want it to be as small as possible and the least amount of cooling needed to reduce sound and the space it takes up. And I'm not that hardcore gamer either, I use the computer for games maybe 10% of the total time of computer runtime. I've always had a low end computer to play games with besides this one and it's like a monster for me handeled all games I through at it. It's more the program side that's lacking, programs for example Photo and engineering. They are the real power thiefs

I don't even have a dedicated graphics card in my main workstation anymore because it's to damn loud. The intergrated chip actually plays games pretty well if I want to play them. I don't get the highest res but I don't care. My computer is silent.
